Sourdough Update

Because of various circumstances, I ended up not letting the sourdough sit as long as the recipe calls for. It didn't change much, perhaps just a little less flavor. Still it ended up being a nice looking loaf, fairly tasty.
My sourdough never seems to be REALLY sour, but what can you do? At least it did rise, which was the real goal. Starter from fermented yogurt does work. The End.
